Vietnamese language display was added on autocutter

Vietnamese language display was added on autocutter. For Technocut(autocutter) display function Vietnamese language was appended. Technocut could change 6 language diaplay as Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean and more. This time Vietnamese language was appended. (Furthermore more langages could be replace by language table editing.) Please refer to this page.
